Recording Quality

The record quality option is available from the My Preferences menu. This allows you to select which recording quality will be used by default for recordings, and TiVo's automatically recorded suggestions (Live TV is always shown in Best Quality).

Note the capacities shown in this screenshot are for an upgraded 120GB model. Normal 40GB models have a capacity of 40 hours basic, and 12 hours best.
