Parental Controls

The parental control settings can be accessed from the My Preferences menu. They allow you to restrict which channels are locked out when parental controls are enabled, as well as restricting programmes containing unsuitable content.

When you try to change to view a restricted programme or channel (either live or recorded) you are prompted to enter a four digit pin number (if you have forgotten your pin ring customer services for help).
