You can not get TiVo to tune into a channel at all.

Actions
Check the connections at the back of your TiVo and the STB. Make sure the SCART is firmly plugged in if you are using this.
Try a new SCART lead between the TiVo and the STB in case it has broken.
Unplug both your TiVo and STB, then plug them back in again and retest.
If you are using RF then try a different RF lead. Check that your TiVo is using a suitable RF channel on this page (opens in a new window).
