The five main terrestrial channels are updated during Saturday/Sunday for the next week, so you would normally have 5-14 days worth of terrestrial data. Satellite / cable channels often have guide data much further into the future.
Check that TiVo has managed to make its daily call recently, and that your TiVo subscription status is valid (you can find all of this information in the "System Information" screen).
TiVo's servers may be down. Call TiVo for advice on 08702 41 84 86.
