Description: White flashing lines at top of screen.

Recordings made in best and high quality show a distinct white banding at the top of the screen when one scene cuts to another.

This is especially noticable in fast action programs with a lot of scene cutting when it becomes a distracting 'flicker'.

Live TV, which is best quality, exhibits the same problem. Medium and basic quality, however, do not suffer from this.

Fixed: This is an old bug report has not been reported in the latest software release so it is either fixed or was reported incorrectly.
