Description: Reset thumb data does not always work.

Occasionally when the reset thumb data (suggestions) option is selected, the operation finishes prematurely after a very short amount of time (less than a minute). Thumbs data is not cleared. If the process is repeated TiVo hangs forever. A reboot appears to fix the problem and a subsequent reset will clear the data out.

Fixed: TiVo have not publicly acknowledged this bug.
