Description: I can't get to the Live TV guide filter options.

When you bring up TiVo's transparent programme guide in Live TV, TiVo allows you to press the ENTER key to set filter options. If you are having problems note carefully the text in the bottom left of the guide screen. It should say: "Press ENTER for Guide Options:". If it says "Press DISPLAY..." then you are not using a proper UK remote with the correct ENTER key IR signal. Such users are: Pronto users and other learning remotes, and some users with early prototype TiVo machines.

Fixed: Those with learning remotes should learn the correct ENTER code from their original remotes. Those having problems with real TiVo remotes ring customer services for a replacement. If you reboot the TiVo it should go back to saying "Press ENTER..." and you can use the original ENTER key - as soon as you use the bogus US version it will switch to "Press DISPLAY..." and you will not be able to access the guide filter (until you reboot again).
