Description: Parental controls are not disabled properly.

When setting parental control options (content, certificate), some programs when set to record will retain their parental control information even if the parental control is later disabled.

Example: Parental Controls set on '18' certificate films, an '18' certificate is set to be recorded. When Parental Controls are removed the film in question will still need a PIN to be recorded. Reboots do not remove the issue.

Fixed: First reported in V2.5.5 - TiVo have not publicly acknowledged this bug.
