Description: Accessing items in ToDo list referencing deleted channels cause a reboot.

When a channel is removed by TiVo™ (eg when UK Horizons was removed) and items are still present in the ToDo list for that channel, then these items have "???" as the channel number. When access the TiVo™ box crashes causing a reboot.

Fixed: This bug has not been seen in V2.5.5 so is probably fixed.
