Description: Channel bar appears for thirty seconds.

When watching a recorded programme, if the channel/page up or down buttons are pressed, a bong sound is heard indicating that this button is not valid at this time, however the channel banner appears on screen and does not disappear for exactly thirty seconds.

The channel banner should not appear when these buttons are pressed.
